山西平鲁输煤栈桥管桁架节点性能试验研究

摘要: 山西平鲁输煤走廊管桁架下弦节点中,外环板与下弦平面中腹杆H型钢连接,其构造和受力情况较为复杂,超出了现行国家规范有关条文的范畴。为了评估此类节点的静力性能,进行足尺模型静力试验研究。详细介绍了试验节点设计、加载装置、加载制度和测点布置方案,并对节点加载过程中的应力发展、变形过程和破坏模式进行分析,得出节点的极限承载力,同时利用有限元的方法对节点进行数值模拟。研究结果表明:节点具有良好的承载能力,能够满足工程设计要求|节点区域的薄弱部位在受压支管和外环板连接处,可通过增加外环板插入受压支管长度或增大受压支管管径的措施来加强|有限元分析能较好的模拟试验节点的受力性能。

Abstract: In the lower-chord panel point of Shanxi Pinglu coal handling trestle pipe truss, outer ring plate and the vertical web rod H-Beam of the wind braced truss connect, its structure and the bearing?condition?are more complicated, which is beyond the scope of the relevant provisions of the existing national specification . In order to evaluate the static performance of such nodes, the full scale model static test is carried out, the elastic-plastic?finite?element?method is used to numerically simulate, and the stress development, deformation process and failure mode are analyzed during the loading process. The results show that the node has good carrying capacity and can meet the requirements of engineering design. The weak part of the node area is in joints between pressure pipe and outer ring, so we should strengthen measures.
